Shipping and Returns
We do ship within the United States. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Some items ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. If an item is returned damaged you will not receive a refund and will have to pay for return postage. To return items simply click on start return and the process will begin
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Online purchase, you may return, exchange, or receive store credit for your item(s) within 30 days from the date of shipment. If you wish to return items you are responsible for return shipping. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. We apologize, but at this time we do not ship internationally.
How do I choose my items?
Your first month of subscribing you will choose two months of items. This will be for your first month and your second month in advance. You will have until ten days before shipments to make any item adjustments.
How do I make item adjustments?
Simply send your stylist notice of any adjustments, with the additions and removal items.
How do I chat with my stylist?
Once you became a member, you were given an interactive subscription. Through this portal you can chat and send messages to your stylist.
How do I view new items?
The "Stylist Inventory" lists new items each day. Through this portal you may view all new and existing inventory. choose your inventory as soon as you see something that you like so that it may be pulled from the existing inventory.
What happens after I make payment for my subscription?
\After you make your subscription payment you will receive a notification to join the site if you have not already done so. At that point you will become an interactive member and begin making your choices.
